A real italian wood fired oven is brought to your event to make the freshest, best tasting pizza you have ever experienced. The simple, fresh and finest ingredients are used to create an authentic gourmet Neapolitan style pizza with a crisp yet light and airy crust under delicious creative toppings. The Italians have a saying that good pizza is "all about the bread". This means that great pizza can only be so with the best dough baked in the best oven.
We make our own dough and pizza sauce with the finest Italian flour and tomatos. The pizzas bake in about 2 minutes right before your eyes in our 900 degree Italian brick oven.
We are a creative new way to enjoy fine food at your corporate event, company outing, wedding party, reunion, or charity event. Your guests will appreciate something different and wonderful and they have probably never tasted pizza like this before.
If you like the idea of an interactive catering event, your guests can choose their own toppings and watch their own pizza bake. Or, we can provide a beautiful buffet with a variety of pizza for your guests to enjoy while they mingle and relax.
There are several ways we can arrange it with a host/client:
We can provide traditional catering services with a per person cost for a gourmet pizza buffet. Appetizers and salads can be provided as well at additional cost.
Events can be arranged so there is no cost to you and we sell pizza to the guests/customers. In some cases it may be possible to have some proceeds going to a charity.
