WHAT IS WOOD FIRED PIZZA ?

                      

 

Wood Fired Pizza is baked at 800-900 degrees next to a hardwood fire in an Italian brick oven. The dough is specially made for the oven and results in a crispy outside and a soft "fresh bread" inside texture. This is Neapolitan style pizza made in the centuries old traditional way. Most people who taste it for the first time say it is the best tasting pizza they have ever experienced.

Bravo offers a unique catering experience with authentic Neapolitan style pizza created on site for your guests. We bring a real italian wood fired oven housed on a mobile trailer to your event in RI and MA.
 
The oak and hickory fired oven cooks pizza at 800 to 900 degrees in about two minutes. The result is a crust that is crisp on the outside and light and tender inside with a flavor that only a wood fire can create. 
 
Your guests will be delighted as they enjoy pizza as it should be, with fresh local ingredients and a taste and texture that you cannot find at your local pizza shop.
 
Our catering services include salads, appetizers and antipasti to make a complete dining experience - or we can make only pizza and you can provide the rest.
