CATERING
Wood fired pizza is a new and trendy way to make your catered event fun, memorable and unique. We cook almost everything on site in full view of your guests in our imported Italian ovens. A wood fired pizza party lends itself to all sorts of events including birthday parties, graduation parties, wine tastings, anniversaries, reunions and corporate events. We are always willing to discuss charity related events and public festivals as well. They only type of event that may not be compatible with wood fired pizza is a large sit down dinner when all your guests need to be served at one time. While we have the ability to cook pizzas rather quickly, the pizzas are served on an elegant buffet table so guests can enjoy the numerous combinations - and even make requests from available ingredients - and watch will they bake in about two minutes.
Can wood fired pizza be part of a larger catering event?
Yes, we can provide what is called a Pizza Station if you'd like for wood fired pizza to be only one part of a larger catered event. We are happy to work with other caterers by providing a pizza station to add a unique dimension to your feast. All the same great ingredients are available along with the fun and entertaining authentic italian wood fired oven pizza making experience.

MENU
We create authentic Neapolitan style pizzas using the finest ingredients available. Imported Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and a variety of toppings and cheeses are combined to create our classics and your guests' favorites while they watch. We offer a catering package to fit any event and your budget.
SALAD / APPETIZERS
Garden Salad - Fresh lettuce and greens mix with seasonal vegetables, croutons, balsamic dressing.
Caprese Salad - Traditional version with fresh tomato slices, fresh locally made mozzarella and fresh basil with E.V. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Caprese Skewers - Fresh cherry tomatoes, fresh locally made Cieligine mozzarella balls, fresh basil on a skewer with E.V. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
